After a bit of an apprehensive start for our daughter, the constant care and encouragement from meeting her at the door, helping her engage with other children of all ages and cheerful goodbyes when we pick her up have ensured that now I get told off if I pick her up too early. She loves the staff's company and all the engaging activities you provide, especially the arts and crafts, always coming home with a picture!
As a parent what is also so great is how kind and engaging all the staff are at drop off and pick up, this was especially reassuring for me in those early days, but now I just enjoy the chat. I have recommended Kidz Lounge to all my friends whose children have started at Westfield and will continue to do so. I can't recommend Kidz Lounge highly enough.

Jo, Nicky and the team at Kidz Lounge are excellent, they provide a welcoming, nurturing and attentive environment for the children. My children attend the club in a morning before school and it's very reassuring to know they are happy, well looked after and are taken to school safely and on time.

Both of my children attend Kidz Lounge and thoroughly enjoy it.
The staff are caring, friendly and create a welcoming environment here children feel happy, safe and supported. There are always plenty of activities to keep them engaged, and my oldest especially enjoys the walk to and from Old Hall with friends.
It's a fantastic breakfast and after-school club, and I would happily recommend it to other families.
